N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 18, § 225.1

Definitions.

Department of Social Services

(a) Board shall mean the State Board of Social Welfare.
(b) Rules shall mean the rules of the board as provided in this Chapter.
(c) Executive director shall mean the executive director of the board.
(d) Department shall mean the State Department of Social Services.
