(a) Bethpage-Spagnoli Road. Bethpage-Spagnoli Road, a town highway, between Nassau-Suffolk county line and Route 110, SH 794, a distance of 0.9 mile.
(b) Route 110. Route 110 between I-495 (exit 49) and Caldor Store, Melville.
(c) Route 231 between I-495 and CR 66.
(d) CR 66 between Route 231 and Route 25.
