(a) Route 7. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 7 between the Schalmont entrance/exit of the Rotterdam Industrial Park and IR 88.
(b) Route 146. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 146 between Route 7 and the New York State Thruway exit 25 entrance/exit ramp.
(c) Route 7. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 7 between the Albany/Schenectady county line and Route 146.
(d) Route 5S. Route 5S between NYS Thruway exit 26 and Route 103 (Lock 9 connection road).
