(a) River Street. The eastbound and westbound roadways of River Street between US Route 9 and a point 0.2± mile east of US Route 9.
(b) US Route 9. The northbound and southbound roadways of US Route 9 between River Street and the Village of South Glens Falls/Town of Moreau line.
(c) Hudson Street. Hudson Street between River Street and First Street.
(d) First Street. First Street between Hudson Street and Spring Street.
(e) Spring Street. Spring Street between First Street and Second Street.
