(a) Route 351. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 351 from Route 43 to a point 0.8± mile north of Route 43 (RM 1000 to RM 1008), a distance of 0.8± mile.
(b) Route 43. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 43 from Route 351 westerly to the Sand Lake - North Greenbush town line (RM 2063± to RM 2080±), a distance of 1.7± miles.
