(b) Five Mile Line Road. Five Mile Line Road (CR 18) between Route 104 and Publishers Parkway.
(c) Publishers Parkway. Publishers Parkway between Five Mile Line Road (CR 18) and a point 0.2± mile east of Five Mile Line Road (CR 18).
(d) Salt Road. Salt Road between Route 104 and Micheldean Drive.
(e) Micheldean Drive. Micheldean Drive, between Salt Road and a distance of 0.2± mile west of Salt Road.
