(a) Village road - Franklin Street. The northbound and southbound roadway of Franklin Street between Route 12 and the Georgia Pacific Plant on Central Avenue, a distance of 0.6± mile in the Village of Lyons Falls.
(b) Laura Street. Laura Street between Franklin Street and the easterly Lyons Falls village line.
