(a) Firehouse Lane. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Firehouse Lane between US Route 9 and Elizabeth Street, a distance of 0.3± mile.
(b) Elizabeth Street. The northbound and southbound roadways of Elizabeth Street between Firehouse Lane and Thompson Street, a distance of 175± feet.
(c) Thompson Street. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Thompson Street between Elizabeth Street and the After the Fall Juice Plant, a distance of 400± feet.
