(a) Route 201. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 201 between Route 17 and Harry L Drive. A distance of 0.4± mile in the Village of Johnson City.
(b) Harry L Drive. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Harry L Drive between Route 201 and Oakdale Road. A distance of 0.3± mile in the Village of Johnson City.
(c) Oakdale Road. The northbound and southbound roadways of Oakdale Road between Harry L Drive and a point 0.4 mile south of Harry L Drive, a distance of 0.4± mile in the Village of Johnson City.
