(a) IR 490. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 490 between the Monroe-Ontario county line and Thruway exit 45 in the Town of Victor.
(b) IR 90. The eastbound and westbound roadways of IR 90 between the Monroe-Ontario county line and the Ontario-Seneca county line in the Village of Manchester and Towns of Victor, Farmington, Manchester and Phelps.
