- (a) all explosions of locomotive boilers or steam reservoirs;
- (b) all accidents to locomotive boilers or steam reservoirs resulting in death or injury of any person;
- (c) all accidents to locomotive boilers in which the crown sheet is ruptured or pulled away from the crown sheet bolts or radial stays, whether personal injuries are sustained or not.
