In the event respondent is found guilty after a hearing, an order specifying the disposition of the notice of violation, including any penalty or penalties imposed and the time and manner of payment, shall be served personally, electronically, or by first-class mail on the respondent and its representative, if any, within 30 days subsequent to the decision.
