N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 17, § 2.12 – Fees.

(a) There shall be no fee charged for:
1. (1) inspection of records;
2. (2) search for records; or
3. (3) any certification of the record.
(b) The fee for photocopies, copiable on ordinary equipment of the department, not exceeding 9 inches by 14 inches shall be 25 cents per page.
(c) If a record or personal information cannot be photocopied on ordinary equipment of the department or exceeds 9 inches by 14 inches the fee shall be the actual cost of reproduction, excluding fixed cost of the department.
