Nothing contained in this Part shall affect the combining of registration of two or more meters for billing purposes under a Conjunctional Billing Rider, Inter-connection Buildings Rider or Service for Construction Purposes Rider when such a rider is contained in the rate schedule of the corporation or municipality.
