1. (a) the design voltage and voltage of initial operation;
2. (b) the type, size, number and materials of conductors;
3. (c) insulator design;
4. (d) the length of the transmission line;
5. (e) the construction materials of the towers; and
6. (f) the design standards for each type of tower and tower foundation.

The applicant shall submit a detailed description of the proposed transmission line. Such description shall include:
