(a) The applicant shall submit a flow diagram showing daily design capacity reflecting operating conditions with only existing facilities in operation, and a flow diagram showing daily design capacity and reflecting operating conditions with both proposed and existing facilities in operation. For the portion of the system affected, both flow diagrams shall include:

1. (1) the diameter (normal outside diameter), wall thickness (normal wall thickness), the length of pipe installed and proposed to be installed, and the diameter and wall thickness of the installed pipe to which the conneection is proposed;
2. (2) the type and grade of pipe;
3. (3) the method of fabrication;
4. (4) nominal yield strength and the nominal ultimate strength (psig);
5. (5) if used pipe is employed, a description of the inspection and reconditioning procedures;
6. (6) the mill test pressure (psig);
7. (7) the certified maximum operating pressure (psig);
8. (8) the calculated hoop stress;

9. (9) for each proposed new compressor station and existing station:

   1. (i) the size, type and number of compressor units;
   2. (ii) the horsepower installed and proposed to be installed;
   3. (iii) the volume of gas to be used as fuel;
   4. (iv) the suction and discharge pressures; and
   5. (v) the compression ratio; and

10. (10) the pressure and volumes of gas at:

    1. (i) the main inlet;
    2. (ii) outlet connections;
    3. (iii) each compressor station;
    4. (iv) at each intake and takeoff point at the beginning and terminus of the existing and proposed facilities; and
    5. (v) the intake and takeoff point of the existing facilities to which the proposed facilities are connected.
