N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 16, § 6-2.5 – Fees.

(a) Unless otherwise prescribed by statute, there shall be no fee charged for:
1. (1) inspection of records;
2. (2) search for records; or
3. (3) any certification pursuant to this Subpart.
(b) Unless otherwise prescribed by statute, written copies of records will be furnished in accordance with section 6-1.2 of this Part.
