N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 15, § 107.10 – Administrative penalties.

(a) The commissioner may revoke any or all dealer demonstrator registration numbers issued to a dealer for improper use of such numbers.
(b) The commissioner may revoke or suspend a snowmobile dealer registration for:
1. (1) a false statement made in the application for such registration;
2. (2) permitting use of demonstrator registration numbers contrary to law;
3. (3) fraud or fraudulent practices;
4. (4) deceptive or misleading advertising;
5. (5) failure to comply with article 47 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law or these regulations.
