N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 15, § 10.8 – Internet pre-licensing course evaluation.

(a) Sponsors must complete and submit course effectiveness documentation to the department no less than 90 calendar days prior to the end of any pilot period.
(b) In order to evaluate motorists’ experiences with the internet pre-licensing course, sponsors will be required to collect data for each student who has completed, or attempted to complete, the course relative to the following factors:
1. (1) overall course satisfaction;
2. (2) perception that the course was interesting;
3. (3) perception that the course was easy to use; and
4. (4) perception that the course will positively influence their future driving performance.
(c) The student completion information, as described in this section, must be reported by sponsors in a form and manner prescribed by the commissioner.
