Rates of payment.

Department of Mental Hygiene

(a) Rates of payment shall be established on a prospective basis.
(b) Each rate of payment under this section shall be a regional monthly fee.
(c) Rates of payment established pursuant to this section shall be reviewed by the Department of Health.
