All rules and procedures of the chairman, relative to advertising by a physician as set forth in section 325-1.16 of this Title are made applicable to chiropractors, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of section 13-1 of the Workers' Compensation Law and the other provisions duly promulgated thereunder.
