Records and reports.
Department of Labor
(a) The center shall keep complete and accurate records of its activities, including data on the type of services rendered, the number of displaced homemakers assisted and costs involved.
(b) The center shall submit to the Industrial Commissioner bimonthly reports on activities and finances, and a semiannual progress report.
(c) The center shall cooperate in the accumulation, submission and analysis of data which will permit an evaluation of the effectiveness of the services rendered by the center. The evaluation shall relate to factors such as the number of persons served, the quality of the services, the number of job placements and the needs and direction for future programs.
