- (a) The action taken upon all applications to register devices adopted by a bona fide labor union or associations of employees in the form of label, brand, mark, name or other character, and
- (b) The determination of the Board of Standards and Appeals in respect to objections or complaints filed by any union or person aggrieved.
The Industrial Commissioner shall maintain as a bound, permanent public record of the Labor Department a docket in which shall be entered:
