This Subpart shall apply to all camping tentage manufactured or sold in New York State on or after March 1, 1979. Exception:

Exception:

Existing inventories of camping tentage on March 1, 1979 may not be wholesaled after March 31, 1979, nor retailed after July 15, 1979.
