(a) Ambient condition.

Tests shall be conducted under ambient conditions. In the case of a dispute, tests shall be conducted under conditions of 65 percent maximum relative humidity and a temperature of 70° ± 2° F, and specimens shall be in moisture equilibrium under the above conditions.

(b) Draft.

Tests shall be conducted in a draft-free environment.
