Construction of petition; no answer required.

Department of Labor
  1. (a) The petition shall be deemed to ask for such relief as may be just and proper.
  2. (b) All allegations of fact in the petition shall be deemed controverted by the Commissioner of Labor unless expressly admitted. No answer shall be required.
