Interrogatories.

  1. (a) Interrogatories directed to a party or witness are not allowed unless ordered by the board upon a showing of good cause.
  2. (b) An application to serve interrogatories on a party or witness must be made by motion in the same manner as a motion addressed to the pleadings.
