Department of Labor
- (a) Party includes petitioner, applicant, respondent, Commissioner of Labor, intervenor, and objector.
- (b) Commissioner when referred to in this Title means the Commissioner of Labor, and may be used interchangeably with the terms “Department of Labor”, “Department”, and “DOL”.
