1. (a) The results of each required initial laser output check and system interlock check.
2. (b) Each transfer, receipt and disposal of any registered laser.
3. (c) Annual inventories, safety eyewear checks and equipment measurements obtained in accordance with the required surveys and instrumentation checks listed in section 50.16 of this Part (rule).

Each person who possesses a registered laser shall maintain accurate and complete written records which shall be kept available for examination by the commissioner. Such records shall be kept of the following:
