1. (a) Access points shall be clearly marked.
2. (b) Gates or other suitable controls shall be provided at the entrance and exit.

3. (c) For go-kart tracks built, or fencing installed, after the effective date of this regulation, fences or barricades shall:

   1. (1) be at least 42 inches high;
   2. (2) have no opening that will pass a four inch ball; and
   3. (3) be provided with self closing, self-latching, full height, gates at all entrance and exit points.

In addition to sections 45-2.11, 45-2.12, and 45-2.13 of this Part go-kart operations shall be surrounded by a fence or other suitable barricade designed to control non-patron access to the facility and to each go-kart track.
