Go-kart track surfaces.

Department of Labor
  1. (a) the paths do not cross at any location;

  2. (b) surfaces are:

    1. (1) hard and smooth;

    2. (2) free of ruts, holes, and bumps;

      1. (i) dirt go-kart tracks shall be compacted and free of loose stones;

  3. (c) loading and unloading areas are:

    1. (1) clearly designated;
    2. (2) graded; and
    3. (3) free of tripping hazards.
