Application and construction.

  1. (a) This Part applies to all public performances and exhibitions to which section 37.09 of the Arts and Cultural Affairs Law may apply.
  2. (b) No provision of this Part is to be construed in derogation of the provisions of section 37.09 of the Arts and Cultural Affairs Law.
