(a) Defective boiler.

No person shall suffer or permit a defective boiler to be operated.

(b) Excessive pressure or temperature.

No person shall suffer or permit a boiler to be operated at a pressure exceeding the maximum allowable working pressure or at a temperature exceeding the maximum allowable working temperature stated in the latest certificate of inspection.
