Portable boilers.

  1. (a) The owner or user of a portable boiler shall report the location of same to the commissioner or to the insurance company insuring such boiler 30 days prior to the expiration of the certificate of inspection.
  2. (b) No rebuilt portable boiler shall be operated unless the manufacturer has filed with the commissioner a copy of the manufacturer's data covering its construction and the name of the original owner.
