Certificate of inspection.

  1. (a) A certificate of inspection shall be issued for the operation of a boiler when the boiler is found upon inspection to comply in every respect with this Part.
  2. (b) No boiler shall be operated until a certificate of inspection has been issued.
  3. (c) The certificate of inspection shall be conspicuously posted under glass in the boiler room or the engine room. The certificate of inspection for a portable boiler shall be on the premises where the boiler is being operated and shall be available at all times.
