Definitions.
Insurance
(a)
Board
shall mean the Drug Accountability Board established by section 202 of the Insurance Law.
(b)
Office
shall mean the Office of Pharmacy Benefits established by this Part.
(c)
Chair
shall mean the chair of the Drug Accountability Board appointed by the superintendent.
