N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 11, § 95.12 – Severability.

If any provision or this Part or the application thereof to any person of circumstance is adjudged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not affect of impair the validity of the other provisions of this Part or the application thereof to other persons and circumstances.
