(a) Shared health facilities shall:

1. (1) assure proper cleaning, disinfection, sterilization and storage of all equipment and supplies that require such treatment;
2. (2) provide for monthly bacteriological tests of sterilization processes, and keep a record of the results of such tests; and
3. (3) assure proper cleaning and disinfection or sterilization of gas, oxygen, aspirating and vaporizing equipment.
