1. (a) Eye donor means a human being, living or dead, who is the source of ocular tissue intended for transplantation.
2. (b) Enucleation means the removal of the whole eye globe.
3. (c) Corneal excision means the in situ or laboratory removal of the cornea or corneal-scleral rim.

For the purposes of this Subpart, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
