No hematopoietic progenitor cell bank shall operate in New York State unless licensed by the department under Subpart 52-2 of this Part. All of the provisions of Subparts 52-1 and 52-2 of this Part shall apply to a hematopoietic progenitor cell bank, except for the recordkeeping requirements contained in section 52-2.9 of this Part. All hematopoietic progenitor cell banks shall comply with the standards and requirements set forth in Subpart 58-5 of this Title.
