Establishment of the quarantine area.
Department of Agriculture and Markets
- (1) Niagara County, in its entirety;
- (2) Orleans County in its entirety; and
- (3) Erie County, in its entirety.
- (b) The requirements in this Part shall not apply to the Cattaraugus, Tonawanda and Tuscarora Indian Reservations.
(c) Any amendment of or addition to the quarantine area shall be made by regulation.
