1. (1) Unit of certification. The unit of certification shall be a field, or portion of a field separated from the remainder by a definite boundary of at least 50 feet wide not planted to beans.

2. (2) Isolation requirement. Different varieties shall be isolated by at least:

3. (3) Approval of areas. Bean inspection service shall be limited to areas of New York State approved by the New York State College of Agriculture Seed Committee and the certifying agency.
