A transportation corporation shall be either,

3. 3. A water-works corporation.
4. 5. A ferry corporation.
5. 6. A pipe line corporation.
6. 7. A freight terminal corporation.
7. 8. A district steam corporation.
8. 9. Sewage-works corporation.
