The secretary of state shall cause to be printed in the session laws of the year succeeding the filing in his office of said deed, a statement of the date of the application of the United States for said deed and a copy of the description of the lands so conveyed or ceded, together with the date of the recording of said deed in the office of the said secretary of state.
