For purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

1. 1. "Center" shall mean the center for agricultural medicine and health to be established in conjunction with the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital of Cooperstown, New York.
2. 2. "Director" shall mean the director of the center for agricultural medicine and health.
3. 3. "Board" shall mean the agricultural health and safety advisory board.
