In addition to the powers of the commissioner or the public health council to effectuate the provisions of this article, the commissioner shall have the power to:
- 1. Cooperate with state and federal officials to investigate the statements made in any statements or solicitation made or filed, and to promote camp safety standards.
- 2. Cooperate with the attorney general in the prosecution of actions under this article.
- 3. Maintain a file open for public inspection and answer any inquiries concerning any camp regulated by this article.
- 4. Establish forms and procedures to secure compliance with this article.
- 5. Publish a list of states which have adopted camp safety standards and a program of compliance comparable to those of New York.
