N.Y. Insurance Law § 346
An authorized insurer that issues or delivers in this state a policy that insures loss of or damage to real property used predominantly for residential purposes and that consists of two or more dwelling units, other than hotels and motels, shall file a report with the superintendent by March first of each year, in a form prescribed by the superintendent, that includes information on such policies for the preceding calendar year, including premiums collected, claims paid, and such other information as the superintendent shall deem necessary, in consultation with the commissioner of housing and community renewal. The superintendent shall publish on the department's website the reports required by this section.
