N.Y. General Business Law § 86
In any prosecution under this article any person, firm, limited liability company, partnership or corporation who performs or commits any of the acts set forth in sections seventy and seventy-one of this article shall be presumed to do so for a fee, compensation, valuable consideration or reward.
