- 1. Beginning January first, two thousand six, all persons certified as an installer or mechanic, must obtain initial training, including, but not limited to the standards for proper installation of a manufactured home. Such training shall be provided in courses and seminars approved pursuant to this article.
- 2. All persons certified under this article shall be required to attend continuing education courses and seminars not less than once every three years.
