(a) Future estates are divided into:

1. (1) Estates left in the creator, consisting of:

   1. (A) Reversions.
   2. (B) Possibilities of reverter.
   3. (C) Rights of reacquisition.

2. (2) Estates in favor of a person other than the creator, namely remainders, that are:

   1. (A) Indefeasibly vested.
   2. (B) Vested subject to open.
   3. (C) Vested subject to complete defeasance.
   4. (D) Subject to a condition precedent.
